REQUEST FOR DUAL CREDIT TRANSCRIPTS:

To receive your IVY TECH, INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY, INDIANA UNIVERSITY, or VINCENNES UNIVERSITY transcript for PHS Dual Credit Courses, you must request the transcript directly from the institution.  Links for each institution are below:
