GUIDANCE
Plainfield High School will offer summer school to 9th, 10th and 11th grade students who are credit deficient in math and/or English, as well as 12th grade students who have failed to graduate on time. Most summer school classes will take place on Plato which blends online curriculum and in-person support. Plato course options in 2024 include: PE, Health, Prep for College/ Careers, Financial Responsibility, Government, Economics, World History, US History, English 12 (for early grads) and any needed credit recovery (retaking a class).
For any courses NOT in this group, students will use Indiana Online.org (IO). IO has a wide range of courses to choose and are no cost to PHS students. Students must complete register at the IO website and be approved by their HS counselor. Registration link is below.
ANY STUDENT TAKING A SUMMER SCHOOL COURSE SHOULD COMPLETE THE GOOGLE FORM BEFORE MAY 17TH: SUMMER SCHOOL SIGN UP

Students will be sent all needed info and reminders in May. DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS MAY 17th.
