Blake Shea and Andrew Zoss, seniors at PHS, finished in the Top 20 at last week's International DECA Competition. The duo competed in the Business Law and Ethics Team Decision Making event. Competing against nearly 20,000 students makes this accomplishment even more impressive!
One of the largest events in the competition each year is the Retail Merchandising Series, and Plainfield's Elizabeth Bowman earned a competency award for her efforts.
DECA team sponsor Megan Craft said "All of our students did a great job last week, and I'm extremely proud of each of them."
Seven students from PHS earned the right to travel to Anaheim, the site of this year's event. We join Miss Craft in congratulating these future business leaders.
